Book your shuttle to swimCAMP here at least 14 days in advance: We will take you comfortably from the airport to the hotel on the official arrival day and back to the airport on the departure day.

Meeting points:

Arrival: Palma de Mallorca Airport, Meeting Point / Punto de Encuentro, Door 4 (Puerta 4)
Departure: Directly in front of the hotel

Important Notes:

1. The journey time between the hotel and the airport is approx. 45-60 minutes (without delays).
2. Allow enough time for a buffer – timely check-in is your responsibility. We accept no liability for missed flights.
3. Our welcome meeting at the hotel usually starts at 19:00 on the day of arrival. Choose your flight accordingly so that you arrive on time.
4. After landing, you should allow at least 45-60 minutes for the shuttle to depart.
5. The times given always refer to the departure of the shuttle.
6. We transport bicycles and large luggage (e.g. suitcases over 90 cm) for a flat rate of €20 per item.
7. The shuttle service is exclusively for participants of the swimCAMP (accompanying persons included).
8. Note: As an inexpensive alternative, there are also public buses available on Mallorca that run between the airport and the hotel (journey time approx. 1.5 hours).
9. Private taxi: If two or more participants book a private taxi through us at the same time, we will be happy to combine the trips and reimburse the costs on a pro rata basis.
